assumes eoutrol and direction of the eonscriptiou service
in the State. *
II. Except as hereinafter specified, the orgamzatioh
of tho Conscription Department in tho State, including
the Examining boards, will be preserved; and all existing
orders, regulations and instructions ol the Coiijmandaut
ol Conscripts will be conlinned of force until
otherwise ordered.
III. Local I'.ii'oiliiip Officers and Examining Boards
will report immediately to the Commandant of U- 11

Headquarters, and will, through him, teceivc orders
and instruct inns.
