The sale to the Government, or to tho families of soldiers, at prices fixed by thh Cotnmissioners of the State under tho Improssmcufc Alit, of the rtinrketable suppl'08 remaining after furnishing tho Government with the stipulated.quantity of provisions, and whichhe may raise horn year to year while his exemption bontiuues, as made, by the Act of Congress, approved February 17, 1864, one of the conditions of exemption allowed to an overseer or agriculturist.
