tho ages of sixteen and sixty years, capable of
bearing arms, except person"* who are exempt from,
"nil militia service," wo liable to militia duty, both ordinary
and in the field in fifties of alarm. insurrection

perintendent that all Details heretofore granted to per- "

Reserve' Forces in this State.
