good citizens of said County, to lay
aside all passion, to refrsin from all
sots tending to produce excitement or
ill-feeling between different parties or

to join in an earnest effort to restore
that good-will towards each other, and
that oommon regard for publio order
and reliance on the peaceful agencies
of the lew for tbe redress of wrongs,
