ingtou for about $1,000.000 of bank
circulation under the new Fiuuuce
Aot. These applications are outiioly
from Eastern States, and the greater
part of the $1,000,000 is asked for by

surrender circulation wore prepared in
advance of the passage of the bill, and
placed in the hands of parties there to
