nishing announcement that Cincinnati
beer is no longer pnre, bot adulterated with
molasses, sugar of starch, fusel oil and the
poiaonous coiohioum. The Commissioner of
Agriculture, in hia report for 18GG. says that
Prof. Mapos, of Now York, analyzed the beer
from a dozon different breweries, and found
all of it adulterated. Coconlos Indiens and
nux vomica entered largely into its composi?
tion.
