to be levied to pay the aimi-annual coupons,
and the Carolina National Bank is made the

The taxable property of the city is at pre?
sent assessed at $7,000,0t0; and by said Aot
the bond debt of the city oannot be inoreased
beyond $600,000 whilst these bonds are ont
