Blind children, in fail view of the audience
will alternately draw the tags from one of tho
glass wheels and the gifts belonging to them
from tho other, and the official reoord of the
drawing thus conducted will be kept by three
tellers choaen from different banks in the city.
Tho drawing will bo published in the Louis
villo papers and New York Herald, and official
copies mailed to all parties ont of Louisvillo
to whom tickets have been sent by letter.
The remnants of tickets yet unsold will be
furnished to thoso who first apply for them,
and as general a distribution of them will be
mado among agents as their limited number
will permit. No agent will be permitted, on
any account whatever, to hold or sell a ticket
for tho management after November 25,1872.
