C., September 20, 1872.-The Board of Directors of tho South Carolina Monument Association, enoonraged by the suocess of the bazaar, last year, and yielding to the urgent request of a great number of persons, take pleasure in announcing that they will open a "monument restaurant" at the fair grounds, on the first day of the fair, and will not close their sales until after the distribution of prizes.
