C., September 20, 1872.-The Board of Directors of the Sonth Carolina Mouument Association, encouraged by the suooess of tho bazaar, last year, and yielding to the urgent request of a great number of persons, take pleasure in announcing that they will' open a "mouument restaurant" at the fair grounds, on the first day of the fair, and will not dose their sales until after the distribution of prizes.
