That each of such destitute or indigent widows or orphans, on satisfac? tory proof (by not less than two disin? terested witnesses) furnished to the Oonnty Treasurer of his or ber County, shall receive an allowance or pension of tbe arnon nt as follows, to wit: For each widow, ten dollars per month; for each orphan Uliild under the acre of fifteen years, six dollars por month, payable on the first day of each andovery month by the County Treasurer, such allowance to be continued during the widowhood of snch widow, or to such orphun ohild an til he or She shall attain tho ugo of fifteen yeura. The County Treasurers of said Counties ahail report to thu next General Assembly a detailed statement as to how far the provisions of this Act have bean carried into execution. SEO 3.
