The penalty of twenty per cent., provided
by law, will be added to all taxes remaining
a DD aid on the 16th day of January, 1872.
The rate of taxation for the year 1871 ia as
follows, viz:
State tax per oentum. 7 mills.
County tax per centum.. 3 mills.
