Tho last answer meant that the poor
concert saloon girl is the possessor by
the death of her nncle of u fortune of
over ?100,000. The uncle, it seems, was
a miser. He failed to help hie rotatives.
The family of Miua wero poor, and she
eauie to thia country to Beek her fortune.
Her relatives died, one after another, at
home and on the field, and finally she
was the direct heir of the old uncle,
who was found one morning dead in bia
bed.
