among the policy-holders of the company a hugo part of tho profits accruing from tho
sources named, all e?f which have* heretofore been divided among tho stockholders.
Thc plan adopted for such division ia as follows: Every person who may hereafter insure
with tho Universal will, for tho purpose* erf dividion, ho treated aa a stockholder to oxtent ef
ono annual premium upon his policy; and will share in tho profits of the company to precisely,
