Tho above explanation will enable any one desiring to take a sharo in these raffles, to do so
understandingly, and thu ra tilca, being fairly and honestly conducted in public by the sworn
Commissioner and oxactly at the hours named, they afford a safer means uf iuvestmcnt than
any other business speculation.
