EXPLANATION OF THE CERTIFICATE AWARDS.
Purchasers Belcct their own numbers anywhere from 1 to 78, and, for example,' say,
pay for the Btmo one dollar. The vendor gives tbe purchaser a Certiflcato, with the number
or numbera selected, and entera tho same number or numbers upon the Company's Register,
[with tho amount BO paid,] to be returned to the Oftiae of the Oonipany by tho vendor before
the raffle takes place. Purchasers may Belcct a one number certif?calo, or a two number
certiflcato, or a three number certiflcato, or a four number certificate.
A single nnmber certificate means a singlo number selected by the baysr anywhere from
1 to 78, and shonld that number be taken ont, in tbe twelve numbers So taken from the. Baffle
Cylinder, the purchaser will be on titled to au Award of four times tho value of shores in the
raffled property, or cost of thu original certificate of shares.
A two number certificate means if tho two numbers as tho certificate comes ont In the.
twelve numbers tnken from tho Raffle Cylinder, will entitle tho successful holder to an Award
of shares in the raffled property of twenty times tho value or coal of the original certificate
of shares.
A three number certi?o&to means if the thrco numbers on the certificate come ont in the
twelve BO taken from tho Baffle Cylinder, will entitle tho bolder to an Award of shares in tho
raffled property of 120 limes the value or coat of the original certificate ol shares. If but
two of tho numbers are out in the three on the certificate, tho purchaser will receive an
