SECTION 1. - Be il enacted by tho Senat and House Of Representatives of tl: State of South Carolina, now met an sitting in General Assembly, and by tl authority of the same, That T. K. Sn portas, A J. Pansier, F. H. Frost, Y H. Jones, Jr., S. ?. S wails, B. A. Bos mon, Jr., M. J. Hirsch, W. B. Nash, ' D. McDowell, W. J. Whipper, J. 1 Rainey and Lucius Wimbush, togeth with such other persons who now ure, hereafter may be, associated with thet be, and they are hereby, incorpor?t) and declared a body politic nud corp rate, nuder the name and stylo of "T Saving, Building and Louu Associate of South Carolina," for the purpose buying and selling real and persot property, and making loans of mont secured by mortgages of reul und pi sonni property. SEC. 2. That the capital of said corr ration Bhall be twenty-five thousand tl lars, aud consist of twenty five (? shares, to be paid in successive weet instalments of two dollars on each slit so long as tho corporation shall contini or by Bitch other contributions as sli be assessed and required by a ununimt vote of all tho share-holders; tho B; shares to bo held, transferred, ansigt and pledged, and, also, to be liable be forfeited to the corporation, aud holders thereof to be subjrct to BI finen and forfeitures, for violation of Constitution, rules and by-laws, aud default of payment of the said contri tion, as may be prescribed by the Con tution, rules aud by-laws of enid cor ration; aud, moreover, the said shuni be disposed of, at the death, r?sign?t or removal from the State of any sin holder, in such manner as may be ] scribed by the said Constitution, ri and by-laws. Be it enucled by the Senate aud Houle of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, aud by thc authority of tho same, That the County Commis? sioners of the Counties of Spartanburg, Greenville, Picken? und Gcouee, and the proper authorities of the saul cities and towus in those Counties, having sub? scribed, or proposing subscription, to the capital stock of the Atlanta and Rich" j muna Air Line Railway Company, bo empowered, us soon as the Raid railwuy ci rnpany FIIHII have complied with the tenus of the subscription of any ono of the abovo mentioned Counties, cities or tow DB, and said subscription shall have' bein accepted by said company, then the Couuty Commissioners of euch County, or the proper authorities of suth city or town, are authorized and required to have levied and collected, from year to year, on all taxable property in siiou Couuty, city or town, a sum of money sufficient to meet the interest accruing on such bonds as may be issued to meet such subscription to the capital stock of said Atlanta and Richmond Air] Line Railway Company, and to provide for the payment of Buch bonds, as they may fall due. Approved the 7th day of March, A. D. 1871. AN ACT TO REGULATE THE CABL OP THE DOCKET OF THE SUPREME COURT. SECTION 1.
