It soo ms that H. H. Boody, of New/York, of the firm of Boody &Son, brogers,, Wall street, boa managed to get hold pf moat of tho stock, and, of course, controls tho machino. Mr. Boody has, naturally enough under tho circum? stance's?, beaomo sick of the road, and Wishes to close out his intorest at a sacrifice. A company ia now being raised which proposes to buy ont Mr. Boody'e stock, tako control of the road and complete it as rapidly as possible. At the head of tho "gentlemen who pro? pose to purchase the Boody interest is Henry T.
