They have tried tho samo experiment with the Government of tho United States, and wo presume thc next move will bo to abolish that. Tho fools will yet learn that they cannot mix oil nud water, or make wnrnpon the laws of God with impunity. The Providence (lt. I.) Jovnud has "tho best authority" for Baying that a comet of large sizo will suddenly make its appearance on the night of the lllth of Juno, 1871, and "during tho next four weeks tho fate of tho world will bc decided." Fortunately thc world has seen so many harmless comets that it has ceased to be afraid of them.
