placed in another wheel. Both wheels are
then revolvedt and a number is drawn from
tho wheel of Numbers; and at the same time
a printed slip ot the Prizes is drawn from tho
other wheel. The Number and Prize drawn
out are opened and exhibited to tho specta?
tors, and registered by the Commissioner.
Tho Prize being placed agaiust the number
drawn. This operation is repeated nntil all of
