In Kentucky, how? ever, an editor who wrote the obituary of a neighbor, reported killed, has been sued for libel by the supposed deceased, who, unhappily for the editor, has re? turned to life. The dead man, who wouldn't stay dead, informs the Court in his affidavit, that he has been injured in reputation and business by the editor's obituary to the amount of $10,000.
