DISRUPTION AMONO THE REPUBLICANS. The war in Europe and the anomalous condition of political affairs on the Con? tinent are likely to produce a serious disruption in the Republican party in this country. The question regarding j the establishing of republics in Europe is the main point in issue. While the j watchword has been sent forth by Re? publican-leaders approving the Prussian successes, the fact that Prussia is moving ita energies to crush out the sentiment of republican liberty in France and else? where in Europe, has created the divi? sion we refer to in the Republican ranks hero. No party in this country can stand that arrays itself on the side of ] monarchical institutions and in antag? onism to free constitntional liberty all over the world.-New York Herald.
