A Polish paper published at Galicia Bays that, by order of the Russian Go? vernment, 981 Poles, mon and women, were executed since thc breaking out of the revolution of 1863, and that upward of a thousand of those transported to Siberia have died in consequence of tho hardships and privations which they lind to endure.
