Jnniper Berries, by distillation, to form a tine

spirits obtained from Juniper Berries; rory
little sugar is used, and a small proportion of
spirit. It is moro palatable than any now in
uso.
Buchu, as prepared by Druggists, is of a
dark color. It is a plant tbat omits its fra?
grance; tbc action of a flame destroyo this,
(its activo principle,) leaving a dark and glu?
tinous decoction. Mine is tho color of ingre?

ingredients aro added, to prevent fermenta?

it a syrup-and thereforo can bo used in cases
