tho Lunatic Asylum in this Connty, for
which tho public funds and other pro?

conducted on a 10 percent, basia for expenses
(which ia entirely too high,) can afford to soli
goods far below a businoea coating 20 per cent,
to conduct; and aa to tho business costing 38
per cent., the comparison is unnecessary. Dy

will be seen why we cell goods cheaper, and

are with men of great integrity, and among
