Referring to the proposition for relief

the money accruing from tho college
land granted by the United States shall
bo divided between colleges for white
and colored, equally.

said Laurens Railroad Company, described as

all and singular the soveral bridges, viaducts

equipments and appurtenances of every kind,

Company, and all other property belonging,
