A special to the Herald, dated Havana, February 26, via Key West, March 1, says a letter from Santiago de Cuba, dated February 18, gives the following account of the trial and execution of tho members of the Cuban Junta, of that city: Eighteen well-known citizens, charged with belonging to the Cuban Junta, were arrested and taken to an ob? scure place at San Juan, fifteen miles from this city, where they were tried by court martial aud convioted of treason, and sentenoed to death.
