Internal revenue receipts to-day, $222,000. In the Senate, tho Committee on Pub? lic Lands reported, grunting 2,000,000 acres for school purposes in the District of Columbia. The Mississippi delegation, headed by Revels, visited the President, to-day, praying him to withhold his approval of the Mississippi admission until tho pass ago of certain Acts for disabilities. The delegation has no objection to the gene? ral features of the bill. The President will sign tho bill on Wednesday. Admiral Poor is instructed to keep a war vessel at Havana. It gives a stay of execution on ull judgments founded on debts contracted prior to the 11th July, 1866, tho dut o of the passage of the first legal tender act, for from one to four years, according to the amount; but provides that if the plaintiff in such judgment will receivo pny in currency, there shall be no stay; and that when? ever speoie payments aro resumed, nil stays under tho Act shall terminate.
