ATLANTA, January 27.-Tho Seuate qualified two members from the Eighth ; and Tenth Districts, to-day. Ia tho ; House, a communication from tho Go- ? vernor, endorsed by Geueral Terry, was read, stating that certain persons are j here claiming the seats of thoso declared , ineligible by the Military Beard, they having received the next highest vote. The Governor recommended that they be allowed to take their seats. He said that General Terry endorsed this course, ; but he was willing to submit the ques tion to the House.
