GALVESTON, December 12.-Returns have been received for thirteen addi? tional Counties. All tho majorities for Hamilton aggregate 1,970, leaving Davis' majority, as far as heard from, 7,107. Flanagan, radical, is elected Lion tenant Governor, by a large majority. Tho Le? gislature is largely radical. A prairie fire is reported in North? eastern Texas. It started at Rod River, and is extending South-east, damaging farms and stock. NEW ORLEANS, December 13.-A Houston (Texas) special says: Returns from eighty-seven Counties have been received. Hamilton's majority in forty "five Counties is 8,907. Davis' majority in forty-two Counties is 12,322. The Legislature now stands: Conservative Senate 13; House 45; radical-Senate 12; House 34. The entire radical Stale ticket, except Governor, is elected. Ha? milton's friends claim his election by 2,000. Armstrong and Connors, con? servative, are believed to bo elected to Congress. MONTGOMERY, December 13.-The Senate consumed the morning iu discuss? ing bills allowing negroes equal privi? leges in railroad cars, steamboats, fcc. An amendment was offered, to provide equal separato accommodations. Royal was the only colored Senator who favor? ed the amendment; said the sensible negroes did not ask social equality, and denounced the bill ns a piece of denni gogueism. It was postponed. Tho Le? gislature has been iu session thirty days, at an expense of over $40,000, aud only eight bills have been sent to the Gover? nor for approval. NEW YORK, December 12.-At a large meeting of Tennessee bond-holders, facts were developed to show that Tennessee bonds amount to $39,000,000, whereof $80,000,000 were issued to railroads. One-half of these roads could pay on de? mand. Tho railroads actually cost ?69, 000,000. A committee goes to Tennessee to induce the Legislature to place default? ing roads in the hands of commissioners for the benefit of bond-holders. Mr. Donaldson, President of tho Rank of North America, presided. WILMINGTON, December 13.-A build? ing in Beer's ship-yard was destroyed to? night, at 10 o'clock, by lire. Mr. Kellogg introduced a bill authorizing tho navy yard at Now Orleans. The Judi? ciary Committee bill, regarding Georgia, is as follows: The suggestions of tho Pre? sident, with the addition that tho recon? structed Legislature shall be provisional, until tho members and Senators aro scated.
