Baring a revival in the ohnroh under his
charge in Piqua, Ohio, nearly five years
ago, certain "lewd fellows of the baser
sort" created a disturbance in one of the
meetings. . Mr. Moody, approaching
them, took them to task for their mis?
conduct, when one of the parties said to
him: '
"We heard that "you were working
miracles here, and ive came to see if it
were true."
"No, sir," said the divine; "we donot
