meeting were read and confirmed.
John MoKonzie, Esq., Mayor elect,
being present, stated that he was
ready to qualify. Thereupon, his
Honor C H. Baldwin administered
to him the oath of office.
Mayor McKenzie, taking his seat
as presiding officer of the Board, ad?
