the finances of the State as follows:

of the Legislature, in consequence of
the veto of Gov. Scott of the bill to
reduce the bonds of public officers,
was intensified to-day by the divul

casioned a panic-no money can be
borrowed to pay tho expenses of tho
General Assembly and keep the ma?

tion. And this in tho tooth of the
bill authorizing Governor Scott to
