resist invasion. A despatch from
Toronto states that Provincial gun?
boats aro being got ready for service
on tho opeuiug of navigation. They
will be temporarily manned by naval
brigades now iu commission. A gun?

Imperial gun-bouts will also be ready
in the spring to assist iu patrolling
the lakes.

through Grand Rapids, a few days
since, in which was a stove, a table,
