Several kinds of manures were used by
us, with the exception of yoor Poodrotto,
with little or no effect to the crop.
Where the Poudretto was osed, it gave
os near half a bale more per acre, and
caused the cotton to open much earlier;
and we woold, therefore, recommend the
samo as a concentrated mannre for the
growth of cotton, as well as improvement
