Grant as radical nominee. ' Internal revenue receipts, to-day, $309,000. RICHMOND, October 24.-The re? turns at Gen. Schofield's headquar? ters show conclusively that the State votes in favor of a Convention. It ia also certain that the convention will be radical by fifteen majority. This ?city elects the following radicals, after three days' contest: Hunnicntt, Judge Underwood, Morrissey, and three odored men. The radical ticket did not receive fifty white, nor the conservative' ticket fifty colored, - voters in the city. ..The negroes . Toting the conservative ticket were again chased from the polls by a negro mob.
