The Washington correspondent bf the Boston Advertiser says this Go? vernment boa taken an active interest in saving tbe life of Santa Anna, and has sent despatches to our acting Minister in Mexico, to urge Presi? dent Juarez to deal with him libe? rally. In addition to this, a special envoy has been sent to Mexico with instrootions to secnre, if possible, lenient treatment of Santa Anna while he is in prison. A colored man, named Pierce, working in a tobacco establishment at Wheeling, West Virginia, on Sa? turday, fell from the third story of the building down the hatchway to the cellar, striking upon his head. It is a remarkable fact that the man in five minutes after the "trip down," was again at work. He statos that he was not hurt. Official despatches have bcon re? ceived from the Belgian Government, asking the friendly intercession of the United States to save the lifo of the Prince Salm-Salm. FOR RENT. The symptoms of Dyspepsia are various; those affecting tho stomach are nausea, heart-burn, loss of appetite, disgust for food, sometimes a depraved appetite, sonse of fulness or weight in the stomach, sinking or fluttering in the pit of the sto? mach, sour eructations, coated tongue, acidity of tho stomach, hurried and diffi? cult breathing, <fcc.
