The press of that city have no sympathy -with the movement, and pronounce it ill-timed and inju? dicious. The feeling throughout Georgia is to submit and organize . under the mib'tary bill. The people are Bick and tired of uncertainty and agitation, and will conform to the re? quirements of Congress in good faith. The opposition will be incon? siderable, and a great majority of the people are in favor of voting for c convention. Hon.
