If this is complied with, and tho Manager of tho Seaboard Road receives thc letter, ho gives assurance that it Rhall bo promptly inves? tigated and replied to. Tho companies forming thia lino cannot bo reaponsiblo for tho rapid transportation of freights, or for chargea upon lt, unless 8cut from Boston by tho Boston and Nor? folk Steamship Company, end of Centro Wharf; from New York, by tho ''Old Do? minion" Steamship Company, Pier 37, North River; from Philadelphia, by Clydo's Lino of Steamere, ll North Delaware Ave? nue, or via the "Annameasic" Lino Depot, Philadelphia, Wilmington and Rainmore Railroad; and from Baltimore, via tho Bay Lino Stoamcra, foot of Union Dock.
