The TRACT known as tho "Concord Church Place,".containing 150 acres, moro or less. Nearly the whole of this tract is covered with a thick growth of tho very largest and finest long leaf pines, particu? larly suited to railroad purposes, shingles or anything which is made trom pino tim? ber; and it lies within two milos of the Ridgeway Depot, on tho Charlotte and South Carolina Railroad, with a good, level wagon road leading thereto. 0. Thc TRACT known as thc "Salt Tond Race-track," containing 100 acres. Tho terms of salo aro as follows: Tho purchaser of tho "River Place" will bo re? quired to pay tho mun of $000 and one sixth of tho amount for which it se!!:, and its proportionate sharo of tho costs and expenses of tho suit and sale IN CASU; and for tho balance, a credit will bo given unt? thc 1st of January, 1808, with interest thereon from the 1st ol January, 1807, at which time possession will bo given, se? emed by bond, with at least two approved sureties, and a mortgage of tho premises.
