-was for denying all boys who had
been, even involuntarily, in the Con?

the Military or Naval Academy, while
he procured the appointment of his
brother-in-law, a Confederate militia
man, to a public office.-Boston Post.

Treasury, which decision has been
sustained by the Second Comptroller,
that no bounty or arrearages of pay
shall be paid to the widow or heirs of
any individual who at any time

enlistment.
