A despatch from Fort Delaware, dated
November 24, says: "GovornorFrank Lub?
bock, of Texas, lett hore this morning for
his home, via New York. Last night,
while in conversation with him, he remark
? cl that since he has been a prisoner he
has been guarded and held familiar inter?
course with the private soldier from eleven
different Northern States, and had he
known HS much of them before the war as
