From tho Dally Bulletin, Wednesday. July 26:
The market for domestic ls unsettled. There is a
lot of common and lutertor stock here which

some pretty low figures have been accepted, but
the good ta choice gradea are not plenty, arc un

Sales to-day of some 80 tierces Carolina at 6a7Xc

WILMINGTON, July 27.-TURPENTINE.-Since
onr last review the market for this article has
ruled with more firmness, and as will be seen
from our table of sales below there has been an
advance of 4">a50 cents, sales being made at $5
for virgin and $3 95 for yellow dip, per 280 lbs.
at the close of our Inquiries, however, there ls
some dullness in the market, boyera not being
disposed to operate at above figures, and the
price has declined, with Eales at $4 85 ror virgin
and $3 35 for yellow dip.
SPIRITS TURPENTINE.-The market for this arti?
cle opened on Friday last la a very excited ?tate,
under favorable reports from abroad, and con?
tinued so during the day, docing at 52c. On
saturday this feeling continued, but owing to the
small quantity ottering the transactions were
light at a further advance, sales being made at
ssc. Since then the price ha3 declined, and 5lc
seems ro be the prevailing rate, thouzh the small
stock In receivers' hands ls generally held higher.
ROSIN.-Since the close of our lust review the
market ror the finer gradei has ruled better, and
prices show a slight advance-closing firm, wl> h
a fair demand. For the medium grades Hit.
has also exUred a moderate request, but 'he sales
effected have been at about former range of
figures. For strained and No. 2 the market
onened at a decline of 10c. and ruled inactive for
a*few davR. but at the close there ls more Inquiry
Irem shippers, and lots as offered are readily
taken. The arrivals both by river and rail are
quite small, aud there ls very little stock of any
kind in receivers' hands.
