[FOR THE WEEK ENDINO MARCH SI.] THE RECEIPTS.-The arrivals of cotton at the Southern ports continued large, and ror the week np to Friday last were 53,189 bales, iu contrast with 66,726 the previous week, and 32.193 ror the corresponding period last year. At New Orleans the receipts were 23,822 bales, and eooo ror the week last year. The total supplies received at the ports since September l up to thc latest dates wore 2,344,301 bales, against 1799,904 last j year, showing an increase or 544,3r?7 hales.
