RECOVERY OK A WATCH.-The gold walch and chain recovered by Lieutenant Philippi from sonic colored thieves who were endeavoring to pawn lt ut a King street store, has been claimed l>T n jrontlomon from Savannah. He telegraphed the number and description or his lost watch, which tallied exactly with that In thc hands or thc detectives, and he ls now rejoicing in the pos? session or his timekeeper.
