McKinlay, who bad been engaged in the construction of similar mills in South Carolina, for thirty years. SENTENCES COMMUTED.-Governor Scott has commuted tho punishment of Cain Cash and Aleck Behn, who woro Convicted, at tho recent term of tho Sumter County Court, of burglary, and sentenced to to be hung on thc 30th of April noxt-Cala Cash to two years, and Aleck Behn to one year's imprison? ment at, hard labor, in the State Penitentiary.
