WABD A.-A large number of white citizens and a good many colored Conservatives of this ward met at the Masonic Hall last night Mr. N. M. A number of nominations for aldermen were proposed, but, on motion of Mr. Spannet, this nomination waa postponed, be giving as bl* reason that the municipal election would be postponed.
