cline in spirits turpentine, noticed in our last con?
tinued on Saturday and Monday until the market
touched 54c, whoa all the anxious sellera, being re?
lieved, it reacted to 68c and closed on Tuesday at
69c During latter port of the week a steady d emand
and growing scarcity caused a gradual advance till
it touched 62c in a retail way on Thursday. The ar?
rival of the Fairbanks, however, yesterday caused a
decline to 59c, at wu ich the market closed weak.
The eales and resales have been 2000 bbls at 54a
