registered voters cf said State shall voto for or against a

Union, and for delegates to said Convention-and to give

Carolina, commencing on Tuesday, Ute 1Mb day of No.
vern ber, 1807, and ending on Wednesday, tbs 20th day of
November, 1867, at whioh all registered voters of said
State may vote "For a Convention," or "Against the Con?
vention." and for delegates to constitute tho Convention
in caso a majority of the votes given on that question

INSTITUTION.-The decree pronounced by Chancellor
JOHNSON on tho 18th August, 1807, directs, among
other things, that "the Master do report s soborne for
