ILL THE WHILE.
BT ^'JNT CAST.
The nights they come and the nights they go,
And the roar twilights around nan he.
And the stan are bright and the stars are sweet,
And lattin the silence and watch them meet;
Bot an the while my heart beats low,
Eor the moon ls ont of my sky.
The seasons come and the seasons go
Spring so gay and winter so drear
And I sit in the Ught of the golden hours
And pick the blushing and beautiful dowers;
But all tile While my heart beats low.
Tot the May is' ont of my year.
The mornings come and the mornings go
Yellow and purple, crimson and gray
And the milkmaid, sings as she calls her cows,
' And the Arm lad whistles the while he ploughs;
Butan the while my heart beats low.
For the lars, the lark is away.
The rain descends and the garden grows.
And the chamomile makes green her bed,
And the bushes are full as bushes can hold
Of bella of silver and clobes of gold;
But all the while my heart beats low,
Toetiierose,fartiierose, shela dead!
The tides they ebb and the tides they flow,
And the sun p*^n*** mare than the storm can frown,
And the ships, with their whit J sails flowing free.
Like a forest of surer, cover the seal
And an, the whtie my. heart beefs low,

Among the chief points of excellence of the Ohloker
lng Pianos, of which speak the renowned artists in their
congratulato.7 testimonials to the Messrs.Chiekering,
are the greatest possible depth, richness and volume of
tons, combined with a rare brilliancy, clearness and
perfect evenness throughout the entire scale; and,
above all, a surprising duration of sound, th? pure snd
tym pathetio quality of which sever changes under the
most delicate or powerful touch.
During the past forty-three years this firm hu manu
aotared
80,000 PIANOS,
In the construction of which they have Introduced every
known snd valuable Improvement They have invaria?
bly been selected and used by all of the world's ac?
knowledged great artists who have visited this country
professionally, both for private and public nee.

TUALBK11G.
I corni dar Chiekering at SOBS' Pianos, beyond eon*
p?rteos, the best I hive ever sees in America.
GOTTSCHALK.
I consider Chiekering A Sons' Pisaos superior to any
in the world.
They are unrivalled for their singing qualities and fdr
the harmonious roundness of their tone. There ls a
perfect homogeneity throughout all the registers. The
upper notes are remarkable for a clearness ?nd purity
which I do not find In any other instrument, while the
base is distinguished for power without harshness, and
for a magnlfloest sonority.
WK1ILI.
Your Pianos are superior to any I have erar aseo in
this country or in Europe.
I have sever b<*rd a tose so perfect; lt yields every
exp ree rion that ls needed in muele, and its quality ls
capable of change to meet every sentiment. Thia ls a
rare power, and ls derived from the perfect parity of
its tose, together with its sympathetic, elastic and well
balan oed touch.
POZNAN SKI.
During the past eight years I have constantly played
upon the justly celebrated Erard Piano?; yours are the
only Instruments that I have found, either here or In
Europe, to equal them In all their points of excellence.
It may be satisfactory to oar patrons and friends
among the public at large to state that testimonials have
been received from all the leading artists who have
visited or are sow residing is the United States, a few of
whose sames, besides those above, we append:
LEO. ns MEYEB. G DST AV SATTES,
ALFRED JAEL. J- BENEDICT.
